Tonight's dinner, some more of that tasty salsa soaked chicken!

May not look like much, but it will turn out to be fantastic!

The one about chicken.

So forgot I had frozen boneless skinless chicken in the freezer, and a jar of salsa but no chips. So I decided to mix them in a ziplock bag, and let them mingle for a day or two in the fridge. Cooked it on the stove top last night, and it is the best thing ever. I highly recommend you also make some rice with it, you wont regret it :]

Thought I would start posting here again, post some of my art work. Have to get back into it, but it is enjoyable. Something i made recently was this.

Didnt come out to bad id say, took me a day of non stop work to do it lol. More to come, just have to make it :]
